Tradition Textiles developed through a friendship that revolved around our appreciation of textiles. Although our designs are contemporary, they are created using traditional embroidery and printing techiques working with specialist crafts groups and artisans often in their village workshops or homes. This in turn helps them to support their communities. We are committed to fair trade practices.

In the production of our range we pay attention to detail and quality with an emphasis on using natural materials and fibres like silk, cotton and wool with environmentally safe dyes.

Our complete range of products including merino wool scarves, some styles with embroidery, silk and block printed velvet scarves, embroidered wool skirts, soft wool sofa throws, hand embroidered crewel curtains, embroidered ottomans and cotton tablecloths for winter 2012 can now be viewed on the website.
